Alberto Preciado

Alberto Preciado, MBA, currently serves as the Finance Manager for the City of Citrus Heights since November 2022 and is the Owner of Alberto Preciado Consulting, providing general accounting and bookkeeping services since October 2013. Previously, Alberto held positions as Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant at Citrus Heights Water District from August 2016 to November 2022, overseeing Accounting and Customer Service functions, and gaining experience as a Senior Accountant at the City of Tustin from December 2011 to August 2016. Alberto's early career included audit roles at Marcum LLP and Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C., where compliance with US GAAP and GASB pronouncements was ensured. Alberto holds an MBA from WSU Carson College of Business, completed in 2023, and a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University, earned in 2007.
