Marcelle Flowers

Marcelle Flowers serves as the CEO and Owner of Armstrong Plumbing, Inc., a position held since June 1995, leading a dedicated team that provides exceptional plumbing services to the community. In addition, Marcelle has been a Planning Commissioner for the City of Citrus Heights since January 2019 and previously held the role of President of the Board for LeTip of Sacramento from April 2017 to March 2018. Earlier career experiences include owning and operating Flowers Piano Studio from 1993 to 2005 and working as a Wedding Consultant at Cameo Wedding Chapel from 1977 to 1989. Marcelle's educational background is from The University of Life.
