Bonnie Teeuwen

Bonnie Teeuwen is an experienced Chief Operating Officer at the City of Cleveland - City Hall, a position held since January 2022. Bonnie's extensive background includes serving as the Director of Municipal and Transportation Engineering at Osborn Engineering from March 2015 to January 2022, and as the Director of Public Works for Cuyahoga County from January 2011 to March 2015, managing a public works budget of $92 million and overseeing 530 employees. Additionally, Bonnie held the role of Deputy Director at the Ohio Department of Transportation's District 12, where responsibilities included overseeing a $48 million budget and 410 employees. Previous positions also include Resident Engineer for a major transit project, Ohio Transportation Group Manager, Project Manager, and various engineering roles within the Ohio Department of Transportation. Bonnie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron.
