Dr. Deonna Taylor, Ed.D, currently serves as Chief Clerk for the City of Cleveland's Finance, Assessments, and Licenses division, facilitating clerical activities and assisting in the annual county certification process. Simultaneously, Dr. Taylor holds the position of Chairperson at Faith Community United Credit Union, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and safeguarding member assets. Previous experiences include serving as a part-time Training Instructor for Cuyahoga County's Board of Elections, a Help Desk Analyst for Cleveland Clinic, and a Cybersecurity Training and Implementation Analyst. Dr. Taylor has extensive leadership experience with Toastmasters International in various capacities, including District Director, where strategic membership initiatives were developed and executed. Academic qualifications encompass a Doctor of Education in Christian Studies & Education Leadership, coupled with a Mini MBA in Human Resources Management, alongside multiple degrees in pastoral counseling and political science.
