Renee Raffalli is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Manager of Innovation & Process Improvement at City of Cleveland - City Hall since November 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Performance & Quality Improvement Administrator at Cuyahoga County Board of Health from January 2020 to November 2023, where key contributions involved redesigning performance management tools, co-leading strategic planning initiatives with a focus on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and enhancing recruitment processes to promote diversity. Previously, from June 2012 to January 2020, Renee held various positions at Greater Cleveland RTA, including Performance Leader, where facilitation of training sessions and management of leadership development programs were notable achievements. Initial roles included Economic Development Intern at City of Cleveland and Research Assistant at Cleveland State University. Renee holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Ohio University.
