Sonya Pryor-Jones

Sonya Pryor-Jones is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in education and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief of Youth and Family Success for the City of Cleveland since February 2022, Sonya holds a member position at Chief since March 2023. As CEO of Synchronicity Consulting LLC since January 2011, Sonya has successfully transformed client ideas into positive outcomes for communities. Previous roles include Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at The Fab Foundation, where leadership was provided for K-12 STEM initiatives, and Director at the Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland. Sonya has also held executive roles at Case Western Reserve University and Citizens Academy, among others, and has a robust educational background, including degrees from Cleveland State University and Kenyon College.
