Jonathan Cygan

Jonathan Cygan, PE, is a civil engineer with extensive experience in public infrastructure planning, design, construction, and maintenance. Currently employed at the City of Clive, Iowa, since October 2022, Jonathan previously held positions at the City of Urbandale as a Senior Engineer and Engineering Technician. Earlier roles include Civil Engineer Intern at Shive-Hattery, where responsibilities included community development and infrastructure design, and Civil Engineering Intern at the City of Ames, focusing on construction surveying and GIS operations. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and an Associate of Arts and Engineer Core degree from Iowa Central Community College.
