Stephen Rickman

Stephen Rickman has worked as a Network and Technology Director for the City of Clovis, New Mexico since May 2022. Prior to that, they were an Information Services Manager for Plateau from January 2000 to May 2022. Stephen also briefly served as an Information Services Manager for ENMR-Plateau in June 2010.

Stephen Rickman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Programming from Eastern New Mexico University, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. Stephen later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university, completing it from 2005 to 2008.
