Janet McCaslin

Janet McCaslin is a dedicated sustainability professional currently serving as the Sustainability Coordinator for the City of College Park, MD, since March 2016. In this role, Janet arranges sustainability initiatives, manages recycling efforts, coordinates compost and wood mulch sales, oversees electronic recycling drop-offs, and prepares for six annual community clean-up events. Prior to this position, Janet worked as an Office Specialist for the City of College Park from January 2013 to February 2016, providing administrative support and managing city publications and facilities. From January 1995 to January 2013, Janet operated Type by the Book, specializing in desktop publishing and graphic design, delivering various printed materials. Janet graduated from Weymouth North Vocational Technical High School.
