Brett Cast

Brett Cast has extensive experience in public works and project management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Capital Projects for the City of College Station since March 2025. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Assistant Director of Public Works at the City of West University Place and was the Capital Improvement Program Manager for the Town of Flower Mound. Brett's earlier career includes serving as Chief Budget Officer and Engineering Service Coordinator for the City of Corinth, as well as various roles in sales and project estimation at Core & Main. Brett began the professional journey as a Water Operator for the Trinity River Authority of Texas and has foundational experience in customer service roles at Chick-fil-A and the City of College Station. Brett earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
