Elijah Dorminy

Elijah Dorminy is an experienced professional in municipal utilities and environmental compliance. Currently serving as the Capital Improvement Projects Manager for the City of Colleyville, Texas, since July 2023, Elijah oversees a comprehensive Capital Improvement Program. Previously, Elijah held the position of Utility Superintendent for the City of Bedford, managing daily operations of the Utilities and Environmental Divisions. A robust background includes roles such as Environmental Compliance Manager and Supervisor for the City of Irving, Environmental Compliance Officer for the City of Arlington, and Senior Environmental Technician for the City of Grand Prairie. Elijah began a career in utility operations as a Utility Crewleader in North Richland Hills, advancing through various technical and supervisory roles in utilities and environmental management since 2008.
