Aidan Brown

Aidan Brown is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and systems administration. Currently serving as an IT Systems Administrator and IT Technician for the City of Collinsville since May 2020, Aidan provides Tier 1 and 2 help desk support, manages software applications, and troubleshoots various devices. Previous experience includes an IT Intern role where Aidan utilized the SolarWinds ticketing system for helpdesk support, and a position as an Information Technology Service Technician at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, assisting faculty, staff, and students with technical issues. Aidan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earned between 2019 and 2021.
