Troy Turner is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Public Works and City Engineer for the City of Collinsville since April 2016. Prior to this role, Troy worked as a Project Engineer at American Water from October 2014 to April 2016 and as a Civil Engineer at the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District from January 2009 to October 2014. Troy holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned between 2010 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed from 2004 to 2008.
