Robert Pisciotta, PLS, is a highly experienced professional land surveyor with over two decades of service at the City of Colorado Springs - Engineering, focusing on the maintenance and establishment of survey monuments, delineation of rights-of-way, and support for various civil improvements. Prior roles include Engineering Inspector II, where Robert conducted comprehensive inspections to ensure compliance with city standards, and Engineering Technician I, proficient in using advanced surveying instruments. Robert’s extensive background in surveying began with positions at various firms including KLI Inc., Parker Excavating Inc., and URS, where responsibilities included project management and CAD drafting. Robert holds an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Pueblo Community College, obtained from 1994 to 1996.
