Charles Seastrunk

Charles Seastrunk has extensive experience in government technology management and telecommunications. After retiring in November 2022, Seastrunk served as a Senior Program Manager for the City of Columbia SC since January 2017, overseeing the design and project management of telecommunications projects for various government entities. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Infrastructure Planning at the SC State Government Division of Technology Operations from 1991 to 2016, where Seastrunk directed a team to provide services statewide. Additionally, Seastrunk was responsible for voice and data requirements as G6 for the 108th Training Command in the US Army Reserve from 2007 to 2009. Academic credentials include a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Citadel.
