Frances Ellerbe Bryan Pe

Frances Ellerbe Bryan, PE has held various roles in engineering and leadership positions, including Assistant City Engineer - Design at the City of Columbia SC, Chapter Director and Committee Chair at South Carolina Chapter APWA, and Engineering Phase Manager at Woolpert. With a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from Stanford University, Frances has also served as Chapter President, Chapter President-Elect, and Chapter Vice President at the South Carolina American Public Works Association.
