Scott Rogers

Scott Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in utility management and engineering, currently serving as the Utility Review Manager for the City of Columbia, SC since August 2001. Responsibilities include overseeing the Utility Review Department, conducting reviews of engineering plans and projects for compliance with water, sewer, and road infrastructure regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders on development projects. Prior roles include Design Engineer, Water, Sewer and Stormwater Plan Reviewer, and Project Engineer, where Scott has honed expertise in project management, water distribution system design, and stormwater system analysis. Scott Rogers holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Francis Marion University.
