Kelly Davis is an experienced technology and organizational leader with a strong background in enterprise applications and change management. Currently serving as Applications Leader (Enterprise Architect) at the City of Columbus, Kelly focuses on modernizing application technology and reorganizing application teams. Prior roles include Director of Enterprise Applications at Highlights for Children, where responsibilities included modernizing technology and leading data warehouse and PMO teams. As an Executive Consultant and Managing Member at KDO Executive Consulting, Kelly specialized in technology and talent strategy, coaching leaders and staff. Kelly's diverse experience spans various leadership roles at The Ohio State University, culminating in the position of Director of HR Information and Technology Services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
