Deyuanne Lei, PE, currently serves as an Associate Civil Engineer for the City of Concord since August 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at McGinnis Chen Associates, Inc., where Deyuanne progressed from Staff Engineer I to Project Manager, contributing to various engineering projects from June 2016 to August 2022. Deyuanne also held the position of Associate Engineer at the City of Palo Alto from November 2012 to August 2015, focusing on water pipeline design and project management. Other roles include Engineering Consultant with Rieser Building Group and Facilities Intern at the City of Mountain View. Deyuanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego and has also studied at Université de Bordeaux.
