Greg Beard

Greg Beard is a seasoned professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with extensive experience in municipal roles. Currently serving as Systems and Programming Manager (GIS) for the City of Concord since October 2017, Greg has previously held the position of GIS Manager for the City of Avondale from October 2005 to September 2017. Greg holds a Master of Applied Science in Geographic Information Systems from Arizona State University, completed in 2005.
