Elise Duncan

Elise Duncan is an experienced communications professional, currently serving as Communications Manager and Senior Communications Strategist at the City of Coquitlam since January 2020. In this role, Elise oversees internal communications and manages high-profile external campaigns, particularly in support of COVID-19 responses.
