Danielle Mazza

Danielle Mazza is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Partner for the City of Coral Springs since January 2020, Danielle emphasizes building collaborative relationships and addressing departmental needs in areas such as employee relations and organizational initiatives. Prior to this role, Danielle worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at New York Community Bank and held positions at the City of Coconut Creek, Office Depot, and City of Tamarac, honing skills in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Danielle began the HR career as an intern at Patriot Rail, Corp., and Banyan Rail Services, Inc., after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
