Dmitriy Topolinskiy

Dmitriy Topolinskiy is a seasoned GIS Programmer Analyst with extensive experience in geographic information systems. Currently employed at the City of Coral Springs since August 2004, Topolinskiy previously held positions as a GIS Analyst at EzWare from January 2003 to June 2004 and at SBA, Inc. between January 2000 and November 2002. Additionally, Topolinskiy began a career as a Civil Engineer at the Science and Research Institute of Water Management from October 1984 to April 1992. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida International University (1996-1999) and a Master of Science in Engineering from Universitatea Agrară de Stat din Moldova (1979-1984).
