Paula Rubiano

Paula Rubiano is an experienced digital media professional currently serving as the Digital Media Manager for the City of Coral Springs since April 2012, where responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies and managing public relations campaigns. Previously, Paula held positions such as Creative Services Coordinator, overseeing communications and graphics for city projects, and Graphic Designer, where various branding and design projects were created to enhance resident engagement. Additional experience includes roles as a Marketing Assistant Consultant at Hayat Holdings Inc., Project Coordinator at Peképolis Edu-Park, and a Creative Service Department Intern at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, earned between 2007 and 2010.
