Paula Rubiano is an experienced digital media professional currently serving as the Digital Media Manager for the City of Coral Springs since April 2012, where responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies and managing public relations campaigns. Previously, Paula held positions such as Creative Services Coordinator, overseeing communications and graphics for city projects, and Graphic Designer, where various branding and design projects were created to enhance resident engagement.
