Rodney Cumby is an experienced municipal leader with a strong background in operations and development. Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Corner Brook since February 2019, Rodney previously held the position of Executive Manager of Operations and Development for the City of Lloydminster from September 2017 to February 2019. Prior to that, Rodney was the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Town of Paradise, NL, managing daily operations for a municipality of 21,000 residents and a $30 million budget from October 2009 to August 2017. Additional experience includes roles as Town Manager for the Town of Portugal Cove/St. Phillips from September 2006 to October 2009 and CAO for the Town of Torbay from November 1999 to August 2006, overseeing municipal affairs and budgets in both positions. Rodney Cumby holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
