Jacqueline Lu is an experienced architect and project manager with a strong background in overseeing capital projects and preserving historical and aesthetic elements of communities. Currently serving as Principal Architect for the City of Coronado since June 2018, Jacqueline is responsible for delivering the city's capital projects while maintaining its unique charm. Previously, Jacqueline held the position of Project Manager at Scripps Health from January 2007 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing all phases of capital projects, including the notable $132 million Scripps Clinic Anderson Medical Pavilion. Jacqueline's career also includes roles at Perkins+Will, HMC Architects, and the University of California San Diego, where experience ranged from senior project management to educational facilities planning. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a Minor in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
