Laura Cervantes, MAA-OD, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for the City of Corpus Christi, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes nearly nine years as the Workforce Services Manager for Williamson County, where responsibilities included overseeing workforce services administration, developing HR policies, and ensuring legal compliance. Earlier roles in Williamson County encompassed various HR Generalist positions, focusing on HRIS management, recruitment, and policy development. Laura holds multiple advanced degrees and certificates, including a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Administration specializing in Organizational Development, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
