William Causey

William Causey, P.E. is an experienced Project Manager currently with Plummer Associates, Inc. since June 2021 and Urban Engineering, Inc. since March 2019. With a robust background in civil engineering, William Causey has held key positions including Senior Project Manager at CH2M and Vice President of Infrastructure at both Garza EMC and GarzaBury. William Causey has also served as Engineering Manager at Black & Veatch and Associate Vice President at Carollo Engineers, where responsibilities included office management. William Causey holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and has extensive experience in project management and infrastructure development.
