David Gilbey is an environmental service professional with extensive experience in water quality management and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Environmental Services and Regulatory Affairs Supervisor for the City of Corvallis since September 2022, David previously held the position of Environmental Services Manager for the City of Albany, Oregon, from August 2017 to September 2022. David's career includes roles as a Solutions Architect/Water Quality Analyst at Aquatic Informatics Inc., and Water Quality Program Coordinator for the City of Lake Oswego.
