Elena Polyakova White

Elena Polyakova White is an experienced engineering and architectural professional currently serving as an Assistant Engineer for the City of Costa Mesa since August 2018, with a progression through various roles including Engineering Technician III, Engineering Technician I, and Engineering Intern. Prior to this, Elena worked as an Architect in freelance capacities from December 2013 to May 2018 and at Alexandra P Architectural Bureau from October 2004 to November 2013. Elena holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the State University of Land Management and has furthered education through various programs, including a Public Employee Leadership Development extension program at California State University, Fullerton, set to occur from February to May 2024.
