Elizabeth Palacio has over 17 years of experience in engineering and traffic management, currently serving as an Engineering Technician III for the City of Costa Mesa since October 2006. Prior roles include Traffic Engineering Technician for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and Engineering Technician for the City of Buena Park. Elizabeth began a career in traffic engineering as an intern with the City of Corona. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Public Administration and Project Management from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2012.
