Kian Nejad Ccm

Kian Nejad, CCM, currently serves as an Associate Engineer at the City of Costa Mesa since 2022, specializing in Design and Construction Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B). Prior to this role, Kian accumulated project management experience at Teichert from 2021 to 2022, handling D-B-B projects ranging from $300K to $4.2M across multiple counties. Kian also worked in project control for Myers & Sons Construction from 2019 to 2020, contributing to the $300M CM/GC project at Los Angeles World Airports - LAX Airport's LAMP and LULEP initiatives where Kian was Assistant Construction Manager.
