Victor Hugo Chavez

Victor Hugo Chavez is an experienced engineer with a solid background in public works and civil engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer for the City of Costa Mesa since January 2022, Victor has previously held similar positions in the Cities of South Gate, Culver City, and Hermosa Beach. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Engineer and Civil Engineering Assistant in various municipalities, as well as an engineering aide at Ameron International. Victor earned a degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2003 and 2009.
