Ashlan Webb

Ashlan Troutman Webb, CPA, possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Deputy Finance Director and previously as Assistant Finance Director for the City of Covington, Georgia, since November 2015. In these roles, Ashlan performs complex supervisory and technical functions related to the city's fiscal management, providing analysis and oversight of programs and policies. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Accountant, overseeing accounts payable and managing external audits at the City of Covington, and acting as a City Council Member for the City of Mansfield in 2018. Ashlan began a career in accounting as a Staff Accountant at Treadwell, Tamplin, & Co. CPAs, focusing on audits of governmental agencies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Georgia, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
