Todd Sink

Todd Sink, Ph.D., currently serves as the Manager of Analytics and Intelligence for the City of Covington, Kentucky, where responsibilities include leading the performance analytics and data intelligence strategy, as well as managing data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic objectives for city departments. Previously, Todd Sink worked as an Adjunct Professor at Concord University, teaching spatial data science courses, and as a Research Specialist for the State of West Virginia, focusing on enhancing agency effectiveness through analytics solutions. Todd Sink began a career in data analysis as a Data Analyst Intern for the City of Indianapolis. Todd Sink holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economic Geography and a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Indiana State University.
