Bill Bowman

Bill Bowman is an experienced Streets Superintendent at the City of Crystal since September 2017, previously serving as a Street Maintenance Crew Leader and Street Maintenance Employee at the City of Golden Valley from June 2005 to September 2017. Bill holds a Public Works Certificate from North Hennepin Community College and has completed various FEMA Independent courses, earning certifications in emergency management and incident command. Additionally, Bill is a certified construction technician for concrete through MN Dot and an A/B underground storage tank operator certified by MPCA.
