Andrew Maximous P.E., T.E. is an accomplished traffic engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the field of traffic engineering and mobility planning. Currently serving as a Traffic Engineer at Maximous Traffic Consulting since May 2023, Andrew provides expert witness services for various legal cases related to traffic issues. In the role of Mobility and Traffic Engineering Manager at the City of Culver City since January 2022, responsibilities include overseeing traffic engineering, mobility projects, and public parking. Previously, Andrew worked as a Senior Traffic Engineer at RailPros, focusing on grade crossing safety projects, and as the Principal Traffic Engineer for the City of Santa Monica, managing significant federally funded transportation projects. Early career experience includes roles at Kimley-Horn and Associates, where Andrew produced critical engineering documents for traffic control projects. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
