James Pledger III

James Pledger III is a seasoned professional in environmental programs and operations management, currently serving as the Assistant Environmental Programs & Operations Manager for the City of Culver City since March 2019. Additionally, James has been a consultant for Will's Way Trucking since May 2018. Prior to these roles, James held significant positions at Republic Services as General Manager, overseeing operations for a large business unit with 200 employees and extensive waste and recycling services in the Los Angeles Area. Earlier experience includes serving as Site Manager at Waste Management, where effective management of a team of 70 employees led to high-quality service for over 50,000 customers.
