Javier De La Cruz, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in municipal engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer for the City of Culver City since September 2017, Javier has previously held the position of Associate Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at RMC Water and Environment from June 2009 to August 2017, an Engineer I at Infrastructure Engineering Corporation from January 2008 to October 2008, and an Engineer Intern at the Metropolitan Water District from June 2006 to June 2007. Javier holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
