Andrew Martin

Andrew Martin is a Project Engineer for the City of Cumberland MD since May 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew gained experience as an employee at Valley View Ventures from April 2021 to September 2021 and served as a clerk at Lashbaugh's Bar & Grill in June 2019. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 2018 and 2023.
