Jonathan Rike

Jonathan Rike is an accomplished Chief Information Officer at the City of Dayton since December 2020, previously serving as Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Vartek Services and IT Director for Montgomery County, Ohio. With extensive experience leading IT operations and initiatives, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in cybersecurity, IT risk governance, and the strategic direction of technology projects. Jonathan's earlier tenure at the University of Dayton included overseeing IT services for thousands of faculty, staff, and students, as well as directing key aspects of IT infrastructure and incident management. Jonathan holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Technology Enhanced Business, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, all from the University of Dayton.
