Brett Cieslak is an experienced professional in human resources and communications, currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst and previously as a Human Resources Assistant at the City of Dearborn since August 2012. Responsibilities include on-boarding new employees, conducting applicant screenings, and assisting with the Neogov applicant system. Prior experience includes a role as Communications Specialist at Direct Impact, where responsibilities involved implementing communication systems and managing relationships between plant leadership and corporate communications. Also has a background in customer service with the Detroit Tigers, sports coaching, and writing for Eastern Echo and The Detroit News while holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Eastern Michigan University.
