Julie Hultgren is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior HR Analyst for the City of Dearborn since 2006, Hultgren previously held the position of Deputy Court Administrator at the 19th District Court from 1991 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, as well as prior studies at The University of Olivet.
