Paul Floyd

Paul Floyd has extensive experience in facilities management and golf course maintenance, currently serving as the Facilities & Operations Manager for the City of Decatur, Alabama, since September 2005. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance of over 45 sports fields and 20 parks, as well as several recreation centers and public sites. Prior experience includes positions as Head Golf Course Superintendent at Shalimar Pointe Country Club and Okefenokee Country Club, and as 1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Highland Park Golf Course, among other roles in the golf industry. Paul Floyd holds a degree in Agriculture Technologies (Turf & Horticulture) from Jefferson State Community College and has pursued studies at multiple educational institutions, enhancing professional expertise in turf and horticulture.
