Chuck Kuhle has extensive experience in public service and tennis management. Since May 2017, Kuhle has served on the Decatur City Council, having been re-elected in April 2021. Kuhle has also directed tennis programs at the Decatur Park District since May 2007, overseeing summer programming and staff management. A significant tenure with the United States Tennis Association as Professional Tournament Director lasted from July 1999 to August 2023, where Kuhle managed the prestigious $25,000 USTA/Ursula Beck Pro Tennis Classic. Kuhle was the General Manager and Director of Tennis at the Decatur Athletic Club for over 43 years, leading club operations. Additionally, Kuhle was a three-time elected official on the Macon County Board from 1990 to 2000 and worked as an Assistant Tennis Professional at MGM Resorts International in 1977. Kuhle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Human Behavior from United States International University and an Associate of Arts from the College of Southern Nevada.
