City of Delaware, OH

One of MONEY Magazine's 100 Best Places to Live in America in 2017, the City of Delaware is located just north of Columbus and has a population of 40,000. In existence since 1808, residential and industrial development has flourished. The proximity to Columbus, as well as historic periods of growth and prosperity, has greatly influenced the city, however it has carefully preserved many of the 19th century buildings and homes, its comfortable scale and "home town" pace of life. The City of Delaware is a family-oriented community that blends a traditional hometown atmosphere with a modern, independent spirit. Thus why we refer to Delaware as a "Charming Small-Town Feel. Modern Big-City Amenities"
