John Radabaugh

John Radabaugh is an experienced professional with a long-standing career in law enforcement and community advocacy focused on interpersonal violence and sexual assault response. As Board Chair for Helpline of Delaware and Morrow Counties since April 2012, John has led efforts to support victims and promote awareness. Instructing law enforcement through the Ohio Attorney General's Office Interpersonal Violence Response Training Team since January 2010, John emphasizes best practices in handling sensitive cases. Additionally, John's role as a Stewards of Children Facilitator with Darkness to Light and Chair of the Delaware County Sexual Assault Response Team showcases commitment to inter-agency collaboration and victim support. Serving as Detective Sergeant at the Delaware Police Department since June 1993, John manages investigations and supervises a team of detectives. Education includes training from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, beginning in 1993.
