John Phillips

John Phillips has extensive experience in public works and utilities management, currently serving as the Public Works Manager - Maintenance for the City of Denison since November 2023. Prior roles include Utilities Manager - Water Quality for the Town of Addison and Public Works Manager for the City of Denison. John’s background also features significant positions such as Assistant Director of Community Services and Water/Wastewater Superintendent at the City of Allen, alongside a role as Wastewater Conveyance Supervisor II with the North Texas Municipal Water District. John's career at the City of Allen spanned 18 years, during which time John was Waste Water Foreman/FOG Coordinator. John Phillips received technical training from the Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from 1998 to 2000.
