Jessica W.

Jessica W. serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Denton since October 2023. Concurrently, Jessica is an active member of the GFOA Debt Committee and the AWWA Finance Committee. Previous experience includes the role of Chief Financial Officer for the City of Wichita Falls from May 2019 to October 2023 and the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System in 2018-2019. Jessica also held the position of Business Manager for the City of Tigard from 2017 to 2019, and worked as a Financial Analyst at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue from 2012 to 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Portland State University, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
