Leisha Meine, CGCIO, has extensive experience in technology leadership within municipal settings, having served as Chief Technology Officer for both the City of Denton and the City of Irving, as well as Director of Information Technology for the City of Odessa, Texas. Leisha's roles also include Director of IT, City Clerk/IT Coordinator/Web Manager, and Purchasing Specialist for the City of University City, alongside experience as Assistant Director of Purchasing at United Missouri Bank. Leisha Meine holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix - Online.
